Mock Chicken Pot Pie


The very first time I made this dish I was just messing around, so in a nutshell here is the jest of recipe. You can tweak it yourself to your taste.
1 can of cream of chicken soup
2 cans of water at least
1 large can of chicken breast drained or cooked chicken crumbled up
I bad of mixed vegetables (I used the steamables)
1 can of mixed vegetables drained
2 big handfuls of diced potatoes (I used the frozen kind)
I added minced onion and seasoning to my taste.
I cooked this in my 2 1/2 quart crockpot for about 4 to 5 hours.
I added some instant mash potatoes flakes to help thicken mine up about an 30 minutes to an hour before ready to serve.
Add some fresh hot rolls and you have a easy meal.
